SANDRA ARNOLD

I am a self-taught beadweaver.  About 16 years ago, I began acquiring everything I could on beadweaving and teaching myself all the different techniques.

Learning the process taught me a lot about my style and preferences.  Beadweaving can be as embellished or as simple as you want. I desire the look of a simple, but elegant piece of jewelry.

There are many stitches in bead weaving, but my very favorite is the peyote stitch.  The process of bead weaving is very meditative and soothing to me.

It takes time to learn the process and the best materials to use, but it mainly takes time to develop your own unique style.  I feel that I have done that.
